Extract the wrapper source and put the two dependency trees in lib/ghostscript
and lib/zlib. If using git submodules, substitute the Ghostscript GitHub HTTPS
mirror for the original git://git.ghostscript.com URL.
Upstream Dockerfile uses emscripten/emsdk:3.1.10 and Binaryen version 109.
Follow README.md and build.sh in the wrapper source. The final build.sh step
documents the upstream manual removal of INCOMING_MODULE_JS_API checks.
The unmodified distributed JavaScript wrappers are adjacent to this file.
Source revision is pinned; upstream does not promise byte-for-byte builds.
